Simon and Heather are the most amazing people. I have a very cherished wren that I dropped and broke. I contacted Simon on the off chance he might be able to fix it. Not only did he fix it but he did it beautifully and without charge. The wren came back as good as new. Heather was so thoughtful and got the wren back to me and kept me in the loop at every step.
