Friendly little guest house. Despite being on a main road it was very quiet at night.

A lovely place to stay on the final night of our c2c cycle, beautiful rooms with en-suite. We were made to feel very welcome after my son and I arrived completely soaked. Catherine helped us get everything ready and dry for the next day and we had a very nice breakfast too. Lots of room to store bikes and wet gear. There was enough time to make it to Tynmouth, dip our wheels and cycle back to Newcastle for a 16:00 train. Thank you very much

Booked in here for 2 nights and had a great stay. Met with a warm welcome by Catherine, who ensured everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of tea and biscuits, and the en-suite was super. Breakfasts, both cooked and continental, were lovely. Catherine and David were warm, friendly and attentive hosts. Thank you for a great value for money stay with you, and we’ll see you again.

Dene view an excellent B&B to stay at with good parking. Nice rooms and great breakfast. The rooms are clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Well located with lots to see within 25 mile radius. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to use as a base to explore the area.
